Ong Bak 3 Plot

The official synopsis of Ong Bak 3 has been unveiled at the American Film Market:

Ong Bak 3 plot:
"The legend of Ong Bak 3 begins after Tien (Tony Jaa) has lost his fighting skills and his beloved step-father at the Garuda's Wing cliff from the raid led by Jom Rachan (Saranyu Wonggrajang). Tien is brought back to life with the help from Pim (Primrata Dechudom) as well as Mhen (Petchai Wongkamlao) and the Kana Khone villagers. Deep into the meditation taught by Phra Bua (Nirutti Sirijanya), Tien finally is able to achieve 'Nathayut'. His talents are put to the test again when his rivals including the Golden-Armored King’s Guard (Supakorn 'Tok' Kijusuwan), the mysterious killers in black, and Bhuti Sangkha (Dan Chupong) return for the final massive showdown."

Ong Bak 3 Movie in 2010

Sahamongkol Film and Tony Jaa are working on a third Ong bak movie. No wonder since the two first films had a real success. Muay Thai expert Tony Jaa is returning both as director and lead actor. The film is set to be released on January 21, 2010 in Thailand, but no release date yet for the USA (just let's hope we won't have to wait as much as with the previous films!)

The movie Ong Bak 3 will be a direct sequel to Ong Bak 2. And we heard that the script of Ong Bak 3 will try to build a bridge with the story of the first Ong Bak movie.
